Grooming Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Responsibilities
Grooming
- Shower, dry, brush teeth and comb through dogs and cats
- Liaising with customers via WhatsApp
Caring for Cats & Dogs
- Identifying health issues (E.G. skin conditions) and informing customers of these observations.
- Show empathy, care and ensure all dog and cats are safe during the grooming process
- Cleaning up after cats and dogs, when needed
Studio Maintenance
- Ensure work areas and grooming equipments are clean
Requirements
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided
- A big heart and empathy for dogs and cats
- Comfortable working with various breeds of dogs and cats, including anxious and temperamental ones
- Physically Fit : Able to carry big dogs. We will work as a team to carry heavy dogs
- Not fearful of touching animal bodily fluid (eg. pee, poop, saliva etc)
- Comfortable working as a team and helping each other
- [Full-Time Position] 5 days work week
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Students are welcome to apply too
- No prior experience is required because training will be provided
- Prior experience in working as a grooming assistant is a plus (Optional)
Remuneration
Part-Time Position
- Starting from $11/hr (Weekend) and $10/hr (Weekday) with performance reviews & increments

Studio Assistant (Weekend Part-Time)
Responsibility
This is a part-time weekend position (Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays only)
- Greet customers and inform groomers when their customer arrives
- Take charge of retail transactions and retail product recommendations
- Take charge of WhatsApp and phone call communication channels. Assist in photo-taking and appointment booking process
- Assist in buying lunch for team, when needed
Studio Maintenance
- Ensure studio is clean at all times
- Cleaning up animal bodily fluid, when needed (eg. pee, poop, saliva etc)
- Sweeping up fur, when needed
Requirements
- Must be able to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays
- Comfortable communicating with people
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided
- A big heart and empathy for dogs and cats. Comfortable working with cats and dogs

Positions Available
Pet Groomer (Dog / Cat)
Responsibilities
Grooming
- Complete grooms for dogs. This includes shave, trim, and style pet hair according to the customer’s preferences, ear cleaning, nail clipping, pawpad shave, sanitary shave, shower, dry, brush teeth and comb through.
- Able to groom cats is a plus (Optional)
Caring For Animals
- Identifying health issues (E.G. skin conditions) and informing customers of these observations.

Studio Maintenance
- Ensure work areas and grooming equipments are clean
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year grooming experience (preferred)
- SKC Class “C” Certificate or equivalent (Preferred)
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided when needed
- A big heart and empathy for animals
- Comfortable working with various breeds of dogs, including anxious and temperamental ones
