Yes!

All local orders are delivered through trackable doorstep delivery.

All overseas orders are delivered via FedEx International Priority Shipment. Find out more about this shipping service & fees here.

Returns

What’s your return/exchange policy?

All purchases made on https://theblepclub.com are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

The Blep Club will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within three (3) days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags attached.

Help, I received the wrong product!

What is Blep Rewards?

Blep Rewards is a membership program that everyone can join for free. This program is set up to reward and thank our loyal customers by giving rebates in the form of "Smiles"

Is it free to join Blep Rewards and how do I register for a Blep Rewards account?

What are Smiles and how do I earn them?

You can earn Smiles and receive rewards when you shop on theblepclub.com only. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 1 Smile. For example, if you've spent S$10.10, you will see 10 Smiles reflected in your account for that transaction. 

How do I redeem my Smiles?

Smiles may be redeemed in denomination of one hundred (100) smiles for S$1 rebate each to offset your next order. After redemption, a code will be generated for application at "Checkout" page.

Please note that only one (1) code can be applied per one (1) order. Code refers to influencer discount codes, birthday discount codes, rebate codes and more.

You cannot utilize multiple codes in a single order. You may redeem maximum rebate value with your Smiles at a go to offset your purchase. For example, you cannot redeem "S$1 rebate" code and "S$3 rebate" code to utilize within a single order. However, you can redeem a "S$4 rebate" code to utilize within a single order.

Do my Smiles expire?

Yes. “Smiles” accumulated for each tier will only be valid during the program year (E.G. 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022). For example: If you spend S$100 on 15 November 2022, you will receive 100 Smiles on 15 November 2022. This 100 smiles will expire on 31 December 2022. On 1 January 2023, your Smiles balance will revert to 0 Smile.

Do I earn Smiles if I am not a Blep Rewards member?

No, Smiles can only be earned when you become a Blep Rewards member. Join for free here

Can the Smiles in my account be transferred to someone else?

Smiles collected in each account can only be used by that account holder, and cannot be transferred to another account.

How often can I receive my birthday benefits?

500 birthday bonus Smiles will be issued once per year, during your birthday month.

How do I upgrade to Gold tier?

Spend a minimum of accumulated S$300 nett in a single program year (I.E. 1 January to 31 December within the same year) to qualify for our Gold tier. 

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?

There's no limit and you can enjoy 300 bonus Smiles for every successful referral. A referral is considered as a "successful referral" when the referred friend joins with your referral code and makes his/her 1st purchase on theblepclub.com.
